Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital downloads, ArchFinishes generally does not offer refunds once files have been accessed. However, we provide exceptions for specific technical issues listed below.
Eligible Cases for Refund
Duplicate Payment
Accidental duplicate charges for the same order ID will be refunded upon verification.
Corrupted or Incomplete Files
If the downloaded files are technically corrupted and cannot be opened despite troubleshooting.
Technical Delivery Failure
If a system error prevents you from ever accessing or downloading the files after purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund
After Successful Download
Requests made after the digital files have been successfully downloaded or accessed from your account.
Change of Mind
Deciding you no longer need the design kit after purchase is not grounds for a refund.
Incompatible Software
Failure to check required software (e.g., PDF reader) compatibility before purchase.
